hey sorry your having trouble.
It may say plug and play but dont believe everything you read my father would say.
I have been working on cars professionally for 30 years and I can promise it is rarely plug and play with replacment non genuine parts.
There are simply too many models to ensure it's possible everytime.
Pull your lights back out one at a time and check color codes first that the wire colors are matching from your plug to the car.
If they are the same on both sides then you need to start checking the wires in your new lights to your old ones that they are going to were they are meant to.
It may sound difficult but its an easy fix
take a big breath and take your time and follow the wires slowly and you'll find the fault
remember the car is right!!!
its the headlights that are wrong
and it could be simply two wires or an earth that are the problem

Are those OEM Headlights? Although listed as PnP, The wiring for the pins may be wrong. I had a similar issue with a so called "PnP" headlight adapter and had re-rewire the adapter.

We've provided you several emails describing the steps and also have taken the time to go over those things with our tech while on the phone with you.
If you continue to have issues, please do call us - for 3 straight days we've had containers dropping into the warehouse, so all hands on deck and took a little too much time getting them into the shop.
yes, sometimes the adapter needs to be adjusted based on a miswire from the factory. We can't test for that ahead of doing the work we do on the lights, and having shipped over 30 sets of these custom made lights to people, this is the first time this has happened.
