NightHawk Flat Bottom Rings | Project #Patina Custom Headlights
After a few months of research, design and trial and error...i present to you arguably the most extensively modded headlights to grace any vehicle lol.
They featured a first ever on the LCI OEM BMW headlights....flat bottom rings. I designed and fabricated them myself. These are the first and only functional and installed set in the world. There are some aftermarket options on ebay...but they are not my taste personally. This approach took real OEM lights and made them unique and organic in my eyes.
Here's an additional breakdown of the other things included within this set:
- Satin Black housing
- Blue clear tinted fins w/ floating effect (the base & support of the fins is blacked out completely)
- 4x4 weave hand-laid real carbon fiber, polished & clear coated
- RWZ Polarized mirror blue cornering lens
- RWZ Flash polarized low beam lens - still 100% translucent and emits the same amount of light as OEM even with the coating
- RWZ NightHawk flat bottom multi-color rings with wireless remote to change through 9 different color modes
- Color matched low bean and cornering lens shrouds
- White eyebrow mod
It took an extraordinary amount of effort and time to get these flat-bottom rings incorporated into our E60 headlights in what i believe to be a very clean and OEM looking final product. Let me know your thoughts...good....bad and ugly. hopefully you guys like them as much as i do haha
either way....lets keep innovating for the platform!

An absolute eye catching pair of headlights, love the way the blue is incorporated in the headlights and adds a punch! I am interested in a pair and love the idea of the flat bottom as it is the 'new look'.
