My Ride: 2005 BMW 545i Jet Black Sports Package Billy Boat Exhaust

I have a '08 550i with the factory IPOD connection. However, for some reason I can't get all of my songs on IPOD to play. They don't show up at all. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Which cable are you using? Simply using the Apple supplied USB cable is not enough. You need to use the BMW supplied cable that plugs into both the USB port and the Aux In port. It is a Y shaped cable, should have come with the car though BMW dealers have been know to misplace/withhold them, forcing customers to buy the part. In the U.S., the cable is officially part of the iPod option and should come with the car...
