That's what I said, the inner ring is still brighter but most people install it incorrectly, worsening the effect.

u do understand that the light goes to the inner halo first, then the light travels to the outer halo.

doesnt matter what you do, the inner light will always be brighter.

all i was saying was that there is a reason why a lot of people go that route, splitting headlights and all.
