HI,sorry for not updates,been busy with a new job and time has been tight. My header plan is still a go,I want to do this cause I haven't seen it done,and would help others who want the same hp bump associated with them. AA's mock up shows that bolting them on the n52 clearing the mount. The only difference I see is the e60 has a way different midpipes. So I finally bought a set with cats from a e90. I did a side by side comparison and the e90 mids are larger,surprised at that. So the plan is to remove my exhaust and cut and modify the e90 mids to be removal if needed for emissions. I'm also looking if a n54 dp fix will work without going to a full tune. I did a 3 si,and with the headers, I should see a nice bump,530 numbers at the least. I'll keep updates and pics if I can figure it out.
