Hey, guys, I know I probably will get a lot of sh** for this post but I can't help but acknowledge that they do look good and you have to agree that the quality of eBay lights have gotten much better since the beginning of times. So my question is if they look tacky or classy? Or if it this ones but OEM replicas for LCI. It's just so much cheaper than getting the Bruce cables and OEM lights or Lm2 coded and lights. If anybody has any experience please chime in. My car is the same color as in this listing FYI

You'll be hard pressed to discern the difference between these tail lights and the OEM LCI version.

I have these lights and they flash when you start your car.

This is because the car's Light Control Module (LM) periodically sends a test voltage pulse to the lights to check whether the bulbs are still OK. You notice it upon startup, but if you look carefully you'll notice that it happens every few minutes while the engine is on with the lights off. The OEM incandescent bulbs respond more slowly than LEDs, which is why the visible flashing does not occur with the OEM bulbs.

The proper way to solve this is to code the LM to turn off the periodic bulb check (more specifically, the "cold check"). Another way would be to mess around with adding capacitors to essentially slow down the response time of the LEDs by absorbing the quick test voltage pulse so that it doesn't make the lights flash. LM coding is a much more elegant solution in my opinion.

Are the light bars just as bright as the OEM facelift tail Lights? From the pictures showing the bars on it doesn't look like it, but the last picture makes it look like it is.
