just did the front door....little harder but possible.
drilled a small hole for led wire to pass thru (on the black handle housing behind the grey foam. make sure to run enough wire slack to come out the bottom of door near the puddle light....if not ....opening window will pinch the wire!!

drill your hole exactly where i did. then hold open door handle to expose gap. run wire thru drilled hole aiming for that gap

It took the USPS 8 days to get my lights across the country, but I finally got them and got 1 rear door done. The rest will go easier now that I know how to do it and have the correct wiring. I had to use some small computer wiring(maybe 22 guage) to connect to the led wiring as it's very tiny, then to some bigger wire to run the rest of the way. I duct taped it to the bottom inside of the door all along it's path to keep it away from the window. They are spliced into the puddle light wires and go on and off with the interior lights. The hardest part was getting the door panel off, which will be easy now that i've done one. I got lucky the first time when pushing the wires through from the outside. I could see them both through a small opening on the inside and was able to use tweezers to pull them through.
The double-sided sticky tape does seem pretty sturdy. I'm wondering how it will hold up under cold and heat fluctuations, but we'll see. The lights themselves are completely encased in rubber, so I don't think there will be any water problems there.
I purchased the 2"- 3LED strips from Glowhut. the next size up is 4", but it has 6 LEDs. I was on the fence, and wish I had at least one of the 4" to test out, but I think that would be too bright with 6 lights.
I like how it looks and think it will definitely look better when front and back are both lit.
Update: did the 2 right sides in about 1 hour. Easy now. Also, you don't have to drill through the box on the fronts, I was able to push the wire through and have it come out the existing square hole. Added a pic of the right side.
NOTE: DO NOT DISCONNECT AIRBAG ON FRONT
I didn't, but I just thought i would emphasize that point from the instructions I had for removing the front door panel.
I used the following instructions for that:
