2 gallons of water spilled in my bmw trunk. the mpm soaked all night ( i had no idea the mpm was there). This morning i tried to start my car and it wont start. I tried to jump start it and nothing. Doesn't make a single noise its completely dead... Does anyone know what it could be? my battery or mpm box i have no idea i did a little bit of search and read that most of the time if the mpm gets wet their idrive doesn't work and similar things like that. Thanks i have a 04 530i

open it up to air dry it. Unless you want to get a new one but that is your problem (partly). Have you had th battery tested if not have it tested or charge it back up it should be dead.
