Subwoofer upgrade BMW 530-04. (e60)
Hi there.
I'm about to change my 6,5" subowoofer below my seats to 8", and connect to a 4channel amp in the trunk.
The information I can read about it is..
1. Disconnect battery
2. Loosen 4 screw to the chair (times 2 for the other side), and tip the chair
3. remove bass-element
4. take this signal cable and lenghten it to the trunk.
5. connect this to a low-level-signal-converter (sorry lost the word)
6. Connect the amp and the signal.
7 put 4 cables (both +&-) to the front.
8 connect the rear channels to the subwoofers.
9 connect the other 2 cables(pair) to the door-speakers.
10. find a remote-spot for the amp
11. Done!
Sorry for my bad english.... but now my questions...
Can anyone help me with pictures on where i should find everything in step 2,8 9 and 10?
I like pictures. I just installed a tow hitch on my car in 3 hours thanks to guys on good internet forums
All help is welcome. My biggest fear in this is not to find where to connect the front-speakers.
