Rough idle - Check engine light - Please Help!

My Ride: BMW
Model Year: 2006
Rough idle - Check engine light - Please Help!
I was driving along and all of a sudden I come to a stop and notice the idle was a little rough. A few seconds later, the check engine light turned on.
I hooked up INPA and got these codes
SINE 9D12
MMI/CCC E1CF
KLIMA E720
KLIMA 9C62
Any of those causing the rough idle?
A few weeks ago, I did just change the spark plugs and valve cover gaskets. I would be surprised if it was due to that. Your advice would be appreciated.
