Thanks for the extra tips. Yes I had it all apart when I was doing my suspension so I'm familiar with the wire loom.. just never looked at it

I checked out my wire loom a little while ago when I was doing a rear backup camera and didn't find any broken wires.. the car continues to defog slowly... BUT... we had some awesome ice rain yesterday and into the night.. so my car had a nice sheet of ice all over it. The ice melted away in no time... so it does seem like my only issue is the fogging on the inside of the window or the tint. It's odd since I've used the same tint guy and tint for all my cars.. I wonder if it's a coating or something.. or a thickness that's different?
