Its most probably something on your belt. Spinning freely isn't enough. The bearing that make that sound are what you want to hear for. You can test this with your car running without a belt for a couple seconds to make sure its something on the belt then you can install the belt and use a tool that looks a lot like what doctors use to hear your heartbeat except the part that amplifies the sound is thin and for automotive use.

There's a quick video on how it sounds. Any ideas? Sorry for the shaking. My car also has a Vaccum leak which is most likely the CCV

definitely sounds like a pulley bearing to me.

an automotive stethoscope would work, but be careful using something like that with a moving belt

Update on the Car. Took both belts off and played with the pulleys a bit. What pulleys do you guys think are bad? I'm pretty sure the AC Comp. isn't supposed to Sqeak like that

Should the tensioner be replaced as well? Also thanks for the help! Really appreciate it!

Probably not a requirement but it's not expensive to do the tensioner, idler pulley, and belt. I believe contitech makes a kit that can buy on Amazon.
