So, I just installed a set of MTEC V3's for my halos, and upon reinstalling the headlights I noticed my drivers side eyebrow is dead.

I'm not sure what might have caused it. I DID polish the lights with an orbital buffer and headlight polish to bring the gloss back to them. They look excellent, but i can't figure out for the life of me why the drivers side eyebrow is dead. I hope vibration didn't kill it.

I pulled the light back out of the car and tried to run 12V on just the eyebrows to see what happens. When I connect the power, all LED's will flicker a little, then the first three come on very very dim. If I just brush the positive wire on the 12V battery the lights will flicker and appear to be pretty bright, but nowhere close to the other side. It's strange… Does this sound like I've broken something on the LED board, or maybe one of them burnt out just by bad luck? Any ideas on how i can go about fixing this are more than welcome. I've seen many posts about changing them to white. I was tempted to order up a bunch of new orange LED's and try to replace them. I'm not sure what is the best option… Does anyone sell replacement boards?

At least the passenger side turned out well! (and yes, I buffed that one too with the polisher)

I have the exact same problem. I unplugged the eyebrow harness and plugged it back in; that lasted for a day or two.

Did you end up fixing this issue?
