Default iDrive stopped working after car was in for an oil leak

I have a 04 545i with 66,000 miles.
I took it in for an oil leak and it sat there with the battery disconnected for several days.
After completing the repair I got it back and the iDrive, stereo, nav and everything related is dead.
My battery, alternator, IBS and negative cable are all very new from my last nightmare.
Everything worked perfect when i took the car in.
What the hell could've happened??
I can't imagine they could've done anything to blow the CCC modual.
Any help would be appreciated!!

Ouch, I hope it's nothing serious!

Since owning a car that can be expensive to fix, this is the main reason I try to fix everything myself.

I am so glad I found HealthServices (one of the reputable members here) to change my transmission filter and such...

By the way, make sure the battery post(s) is properly and tightly connected. Is the battery fully charged?

Best of luck to you!

Bentley is showing the CCC fuse located in the glovebox, F34 position.

Also, check your MPM on the trunk floor, make sure you didn't take on water.

Good luck, don't forget to post up when you get it resolved.

Is there a reason you're not taking it back?

They spent an hour trying to figure it out.
They did some research and told me to bring it back today for some reset that takes two hours.
I think this is out of their league.

I still need to check the fuse. Hoping that's it!!

There might be a separate fuse on the back of the CCC drive too. I've had mine out before, but can't remember for sure if there is or is not.

Fuses are all good.
Car back in the shop all day and they can't figure it out.
The battery was disconnected before any work was done.
Reconnected when work was complete.
Everything was working prior. How could this be??
