Default HELP! Replacing body control module and CAS2 module

Hi I just bought E60 2004 530i and windows, seats, Door locks, I drive, Cluster, etc are not working
Have it scanned and they told me that the Body control module (5WK49111D) and CAS2 (5WK47995) needs to be replaced
The problem is Im in the Philippines and only few here knows how to fix it and they charging me TOO MUCH like buying a new car

HERES THE QUESTION
1. Do I have to buy brand new modules or 2nd hand (used) modules on Ebay? which will be easier since only few people can do programming here in my country
2. Do I have to reprogram the module or its just plug and play for Bnew or even 2nd hand (used) module
3. If needs programming can I do it by myself? what tool or software do I have to buy to do it. I dont have scanner yet

THANKS GUYS PLEASE HELP

You can buy used or new. Anything can be programmed by you if you have the software to do it and research how to do it. If you search you will find all your answers.
