First of all i dont think i've had a chance to introduce myself...
I am Ivan, come from Croatia, own a 08/03 production E60 530d.

Car has got decent options, some of which made me buy the car in the first place, sport suspension with Active steering and Adaptive headlights.
Those were options i wanted and both active steering and headlights are giving me headaches..

When i bought the car headlights were a mess and of course the eyebrow compartments were filled with water, (i think thats the common issue with early models).
I tried to fix the headlights but had no luck because the lens damage were too severe, so i bough myself a pair of used headlights but in a really good condition, only to realize later that both the headlights had new lens installed, looking brand new.

Now the problem is my headlights dont swivel left or right nor up or down...
Green Led was blinking pointing to an error so i looked into it, and this guy on Croatian forum said that most likely the AHL unit was dead and he was right (the one behind the passenger glove box), after i switched it (mind it came from USA) headlights still dont swivel but at least the Led stopped blinking. Now on scan there are no LM fault codes.

After last diagnose these are the codes left:

004203 DDE: Glow control unit - got a new module waiting to instal
S 0195 No communication possible with: telephone control unit (unplugged it find a new one)
009c77 IHKA: Auxiliary-water pump - dont have a clue what that is
00FFF2 - MOSTSYS: MOST ring break

I would really appreciate if you guys could help,
