If I knew how to get it off, I would strip my E60 of that distastful gray plastic. You would be welcome to have them.

That's why I'm going with poplar. The "titanium" just looks like cheap gray plastic. (IMHO)

I'm just ordering it (need to wait for HUD), but my plan is same as you, auburn with poplar wood trim, along with the dark green exterier.

HUD is coming? I thought it will be only available in Apr 04. Wow...dark green with auburn...rare color here. Back in 1990, green beemer is very popular in Sg. I am waiting to see green with auburn. Send us some pic once you get your car. CHeers.

HUD is still march production, from what I understand, but then the Nav system moved up from March to Jan, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
