Default E60 remote, urgent help needed

dear friends, I have an E60 2004, I'm facing a problem with its remote and got tired searching for a solution, I need assistance from experts.

following is a description of the problem:

* the key starts the car but the remote won't lock/unlock.
* the key battery is brand new, and testing the key shows that it transmits a signal.
* inpa shows that there is a signal from the remote key.
* when I try to unlock the car with the remote, I hear a current like sound from the car, which indicates that the car received a signal, but still no luck opening.
unlocking manually from the door is working properly and the centerlock works fine.

your help is very very much appreciated.

A little history may help....did this happen because any action from you or someone else or just by itself?
Just got the car or had it for some time?
Any other strange things happening to car rcently?

everything was fine , this happened after trying to switch the car on with another bad crafted key blade, a crossed key symbol appeard on the dash during this, it showed up only once but the problem is still present since then.

I you have INPA you may be able to fix this with its key code function, but likely only dealer can fix this for you.

I used this service to repair my remote/fob:

https://www.bmwgm5.com/GM3_Repair_Service.htm

Scott fixed my remote for $50. Just FYI.
