Bluetooth exists but won't connect to my iphone 5s.

This seems to solve all of the problems. Do you need to buy the mod my nav kit to allow cameras to work or does it plug straight into it?

So before you do anything you have to get it coded to allow for Aux? That is it? Doe sit use the existing harnesses or is there splicing?
You first need to get AUX programmed, I got done for $120 that's it. i dont know what splicing is, It uses ALL EXISTING HARNESS.
Buy this product from your favorite vendor and everything is just plug and play. This does come with blutooth and the works. The connectors/interfaces line up very well and provides tons of options such as usb input, additional video input for a second front camera besides the rear camera. This unit works right off the box and powered by Windows CE software which gives you additional other options as well. I sound like a dynavin spokesperson, but i'm not.

I was hunting for a nav upgrade for a loooong time without having to shell out tons of $$ to $tealer.

I just installed the rear camera last week.

cheers.

For the camera - on ebay paid $85 + $20 ship from Taiwan.
For the actual Dynavin - on ebay paid $749 includes ship from within US.

I assume there is some sort of GPS antenna for it, where did you mount it? Does it have a wired Bluetooth mic or is it incorporated in the display?

I have a guy who is willing to help me code my car. Am I asking him to enable to CD changer function to let the Dynavin unit work or is something else considered auxilary? I have a 2005 non nav with idrive.

Just picked one up. I'll have it in a few days Few questions. Do u have to get aux coded to car since there's really no need to run aux since it's possible to stream music via Bluetooth? And does it matter if u have iPhone vs android ? Or u need to pair it correctly. Android with android? Also were do u mount navi antenna? Thanks I'll b posting info on my experience later in the week when i attempt my install. Oh one last one. Do u have logic7? I read thst there was some issues with the navi sound not working with the logic 7 radios. But this was the earlier 2012 release I believe thanks again
