My Ride: 530D Touring M Sport manual

Day running lights
I have a 2008 530d e61 and i cant seem to get the day running lights to work. When I took it for an MOT the mechanic went into the computer and made sure the running lights were enabled but they still don't work. Is there a dedicated fuse for these or is something else causing the problem? thanks paneuro.
