Default Buzzing noise, Tensioner belt?

Ive got this buzzing noise like a bumble bee coming from the front of my 2007 E60 530i M-Sport

I've uploaded a video to youtube, See link below. I believe (not 100%) the noise is coming from the tensioner wheel I original zoomed in on. But I'm not sure what tensioner it is? the Aux or belt tensioner or other... What do you guys think?

The reason why I believe its that wheel is because in the video it looks like there is a bit of movement from side to side.

With my 04 530i at 140k both the AC tensioner and Alternator tensioner were bad. You can pull the belt and spin the tensioner puller by hand, if it can free spin for a few seconds then its time to replace. I did water pump, both belts, idler pulley, and both tensioner pulleys at home. Took about 1hr, removing the Electric radiator fan helps a lot with working space.
