Will do. Going to be a little bit. Car is in the body shop from a momentary lapse of paying attention on my end!!!

check my thread also that I have started a few weeks ago

Thanks for the advice, though don't think this is my problem. I put in new plugs and coils about 10k miles ago. I noticed this weekend the clutch slipping when I stand hard on it in higher gears (4th and 5th) so looks like I'm headed in for a new clutch. I'll report back if that solves my problem in first gear, though I'm still dubious as it really does only do it once and then goes away. I'll keep troubleshooting after the new clutch (and while I'm at it, short shift kit, CDV replace and rpi exhaust) go in. Thanks.

I can't for the life of me figure it out. Anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?
hello all!
I have a similar issue. It is happening sometimes at highway speed while going uphill, under half a second. My car is a 2008 535xi.
Any idea of what the problem could be?
Thanks!

How many miles on your clutch?
