Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a fuse diagram for a 2004 545i. The chart is missing from the tool kit that is located in the trunk of the car.

Would anyone mind taking a picture of their chart for me? All E60s should have the same fuse diagram, right?

Ooh and my trunk release button on my key works once every 100 clicks, anyone know what might be causing this, is it the key itself?

Anyways, thanks in advance!!

I will try to get the pics for you... My phone wouldnt focus on it enough...

Regarding the remote trunk release, this may be a stupid question but are you holding the button down? It doesnt work unless you hold it for a second or two...

Thanks Jay.

Holding the remote trunk release down for a few seconds will active the panic feature on my car--alarm sounding.

Yes, thats what mine does... its actually somewhere right in between just pressing it and letting go and holding it long enough to sound the panic... Its like a solid 1 one thousand and it pops up. I have sounded the panic a few times myself...

Thanks, my cigarette lighter and the passenger 12 volt plug do not work The rear ones work fine. I'm going to check the fuse box and see what happens.

THREAD revive!
None of my cig lighters work, front passenger [left leg side], ash tray, rear [both] and trunk cig light.
My question is, what are the fuse #'s? I took a look and I don't get what each description really means...it's not like they say cigarette lighter.

I've done a search and saw someone says 77 for the front and that the AMP is 20, but I saw on my trunk fuse box the current AMP is 5. I've also checked my glove box fuse and the highest number I saw is the 30's. Some research told me that it was 78. So i'm currently lost!

Please help!
