From what I could find, it could be a leaking Injector O'ring or a massive intake leak. (vacuum lines, crankcase hose, vent valve... .....)
If you have access to a smoke test machine, it will help a lot.

If you have dripping on the exhaust every day, this isn't good at all. You probably should fix it.
Doesn't take long, not a hard job at all and you will be surprised as your old gasket will be as hard as a rock.
Make sure that you are careful because small pieces of old gasket might fall in your engine.
Best time to do plugs unfortunately.

Next you will probably have to do the oil canister gasket. Cheap parts, not hard to do either.

Check your injectors and fuel rail if you can.
BTW, welcome to the world of BMWs, these cars can be a bit challenging to fix sometimes but the community is amazing and always ready to help.

I had the same issues in my 04 530i and change this that and the other and codes kept coming. It turned out be my manifold adjuster unit. There's a lil flap that breaks off that's supposed to open and close. I ordered one online and took the cheapest price of $257.00 vs $560.00 at the dealerahip. No more codes

Where is located that oil canister seal? Is the gasket that comes with the oil filter.

Ok today find the problem for those with the same problem the hose that comes from the ccv to the dipstick was broken.causing a big leak and misfire condition,I replace the whole thing ccv hoses and dipstick gasket.

I replace the Vanos seals and valve cover gaskets too,man this car is working excellent now.

Thanks for the help and for the welcome, I have other not mechanical problems that I'll be posting here later.
