I know most would not WANT to install a factory sub...but I don't need much to be happy.

My biggest gripe about my 03 525 is the sound system. Mids and highs are great....but my cell phone may have more bass then the car does.

My question for you guys is if I purchased a factory sub encloser (the one that mounts under the back dash)...is it a simple plug and play? Or does it depend on my factory system? Would I need additional wiring harnesses?

I'm assuming it's a simple mount, plug in and fire it up...but if it's much more then that, I may look into other options.


Any help would be great....and anyone with a working factory sub that wants to sell...shoot me a price (if it's a plug and play scenario)
