Default Airbag ABS lights, ASC and ABS failure

Hi folks,

currently owning a 528i from 1996, an early built one which means still got the asc system in it.
bought the car with an airbag light on, but since i bought it the asc also does not respond to the button, so this means the asc system stays on and does not switch off with the button. there is also no asc triangle in the dash which would appear with switching off the system. although I do get a lot of wheelspin and oversteer when just randomly hitting the gas, but at those moments I did not press the asc button.
As I remember from my other bimmers the asc and dsc systems automatically are turned on everytime the car is restarted.

on top of that the abs light came up one day, then it went off and on a couple of times before staying on ever since. this does mean the abs system is NOT working when the light is on, this I have tested and experienced very well with a cloud of smoke and loss of control as it skid all over the place haha

so if anyone know anything about this before I take it to a specialist, would be very kind!

Thanks
