Some recent E60 LCI coding items
EfficienyDynamics manual transmission upshift / downshift suggestion:
Some details can be found from Toad335 at E90Post and BMW EfficientDynamics. The shift indicator can be turned off or on by selecting the blank OBC display followed by a long-press on the BC button.
The previous image also shows the oil level indicator being available on the OBC as one of the OBC display options (via the BC button).
BMW E60 LCI with MTEC H8 V3 26-watt CREE LED Angel Eye Halo Rings.
Two images showing soft daylight and bright daylight:
Obviously, the CREE LED is much brighter in soft daylight, but I chose not to over-expose the rings in the soft daylight shoot, The rings were coded with cold check and warm check off to prevent strobing / flashing. These units were shipped very quickly from John@Motorcepts.
