Decided to give the car a good clean after Missus hit the car trying to
reverse park in a tight car park space.

My plan was to use T-Cut to get the paint from the wall out of the
bumper but it all came off after a good wash. Now there is only a dent
and a tiny area were the paint has lifted from the bumper which I may
get sorted from someone depending on the cost - if it's too expensive, I
may just use touch up paint to sort the lifted paint and leave the dent.

When I bought the car it came with some supaguard products so here is a
run down of what I used.

Supaguard alloy wheel cleaner spray
Supaguard alloy wheel protector spray
Supaguard acid rain neutralising shampoo (sachets)
Meguiars Lambs Wool Wash Mitt
Meguiars Premium Natural Chamois to dry car
Meguiars Deep Crystal Car Polish (Step 2)
Meguiars Deep Crystal Carnauba Car Wax (Step 3)

This is the first time I have done anything other than just washing the
car so if anyone has any suggestions on better products for a carbon
black car or can suggest on a better method of carrying out the wash,
polish and wax please let me know. Also, I have some Supaguard paint
sealant cream but wasn't sure when this needs to be used and if it is
any good - anyone with any ideas?

I am looking to do this a couple of times a year so any advice on
improving this would be good.

Here some pictures

Too bad, that's an ugly scar on an otherwise nice car.

If the e60 is your daily beater let it go ... otherwise a good bodyshop should be able to fix it up for you inexpensively or do an "easy" replacement with OEM or aftermarket M or similar!

Car looks great and the scar is not at all that bad. Most people probably won't even notice. Great wash and wax job.
