Is there anyplace online where I can find a description of the problems and fixes? I have found a few posted on this forum...thank you for your good help.

Most major ones I have posted here on the E60 board, but often many may be overlooked if not in some discussion. AS always, if you believe a bulletin pertains to your issue you can PM me and I can most likely send a copy via PM response or email for clean PDF copy(need email address to be able to send PDF as an attachment)

I have a link to ALLDATA which should cover about the last 14 months worth. I am not sure they have them all but it looks pretty comprehensive as best I can tell

Please post the Excel in Word file. I find the embedded Excel file very useful as it has hyperlinks so that I can just open and see if they apply to my car. Thanks! Tom

I checked the linked website and I saw Mini Car&Key Memory.
Is there a chance to get such a list for the E60, too?

Technical Service

SUBJECT
Active Front Steering Sensitivity

MODEL
E60/E61 (5 Series) and E63/E64 (6 Series) equipped with Option Code SA217 Active Front Steering (AFS) and produced up to 9/05.

SITUATION
Customer complains of increased AFS sensitivity when driving at a low speed of less than 30 mph.

CAUSE
Erroneous AFS data set.

CORRECTION
In case of a customer complaint, program and code the vehicle.

PROCEDURE
Program and code the vehicle using CIP V19.1 or a more recent version. Refer to B09 05 01 (Coding, Individualization and Programming), Procedure B.

PARTS INFORMATION
Do not replace the steering gear.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Information only.
