My brother in law is trying to lease a 530 in texas and no one is giving him anything more than $1000.00 off MSRP. He is curently in ohio and is moving to texas in three weeks. He has called numerous dealers in texas but none of them are of any help, some are even flat out rude.

These are the specs:
2007 530 Alpine White/Auburn/Anthracite
SMG
Sports Package
Logic 7
Navigation
Rear Electri Shades
MSRP $57520.00

Why doesn't he order from out of state dealer and get car deliver for another few hundred dollars?
I ordered (and cancelled) 550i in December for ED and I got $1500 over ED invoice. Call Dave Parker at Stevens Creek BMW in San Jose, California for a quote.

I think delivery would cost more than a few hundread. Thus defeating the purpose.

I'm sure it's not more than a few hundred. Just give them a call. It's just a quick question for them, right? It wouldn't hurt to ask.

BMW of Austin is very good. They were rated #2 in BMW's own customer service ratings of all BMW dealers in the United States. Mike Hanaway was my SA. I also helped a friend get a good deal at Advantage BMW Midtown in Houston. If he's going to be in Houston, give George a call. George gave my friend 5% over invoice on his 530xi. Hopefully this helps.

I got my 550i from Advantage BMW Midtown in Houston as well. I did better than 5% over invoice. I would reccomend them.

Call Ron Elms at Garlyn Shelton BMW in Bryan. He is a straight shooter. I live in Houston and have for years been trying to find a decent SA at one of the dealers here, but I have yet to find one that is not a dickhead.

Good luck.

Which person did you go through? How much over invoice and was it on order or a car in the lot? I don't recommend Advantage BMW in Houston for sales. They are a total rip off.
