I went to dealer last week since my car reached 30K, but I was told there is no service to be done @ 30k. Unless I-Drive says something broke, they not going to do anything itseems.
I guess after BMW came w/ 40K free maintenance, they changed all these things. Before @ 30K, you have Inspection-I, where they check for lot 0f things.
I think this 40k free maintenance might cause more problems w/ Car after it expires due to skipping these Inspection checks.

The things they supposed to replace for FREE during 30K INSPECTION-I check, will fail eventually due to further wear-out.
Once out of warranty, these things will have to be replaced & paid from our pocket

After BMW decided they would "pay" for the maintenance (otherwise known as 'build it into the price of the car'), Inspection I & II went the way of the dodo.
Which is, coincidentally, the same place your car will go at 100K miles if you follow their advice.
