Does BMWFS offer any incentives for current lease customers going into a new lease?

Yep; Pretty much just the security deposit waiver. They also provide a grace period at the end of lease if you order another BMW. Can go over by up to 20 days and not have to make another payment. If your car is on order and not going to get here for several months they will let you extend your payments till your new vehicle arrives. No deals on lower lease rates though. At least I did not get one.
