For sale is an awesome 2008 535xiT wagon in manual transmission with 64000kmiles (101000kms). I have no way to validate this information but a local BMW dealer told me that there are less than 40 of these twin turbo manual wagons in North America. All I know is that it took me two and a half years to find this one.

Sadly my sale is forced by a change in my company car allowance guidelines which now mandates a 4 cylinder or hybrid vehicle for reimbursements.

This car is Monaco Blue with a Natural Brown interior. It is loaded with Navigation, Panorama roof, 20 way seats, Sports package, Premium package, Sun shades, Logic 7 audio etc etc. Absolutely everything works and I welcome pre purchase inspections at any local BMW store.

This is a Canadian spec car which means that it comes with a gauge cluster with km/h and cold weather package (heated steering wheel, front seats and rear seats).
The car has already been certified for the Ontario Safety Standards Certificate, it has a valid Ontario Emissions test and I welcome prospective buyers to look into Carfax or Carproof.

On top of the fact that the car is truly in fantastic condition with relatively low mileage, it also has two brand new updated turbos from BMW (all work performed and documented at BMW dealer) so you will never have to worry about the N54 engine’s waste gate problems. In addition withIn the past month I have also changed the water pump, the right side tie rod and spark plugs. So basically the car is 100% good for a very long time.

The only flaws with the car is a scrape in the lower front right corner of the front bumper (this happened a long time ago in 2011 and was never repaired because it’s barely noticeable and is recorded through a police report). The rear bumper has some blemishes from loading and unloading. The passenger’s side cup holder is “lifting” a little and doesn’t sit flush.

I detail my cars as my hobby and as such have a paint thickness meter and the entire car checks out between 4.5 to 5.5 mils. The paint is in great shape with the exception of some scratches here and there which is expected on a dark colored car.

I am not in a rush to sell and will not sell if the price is not right. This is an absolutely awesome car and I am not looking to pass on any type of a headache and therefore I request that lowball offers are avoided. The price is 20k USD or 24k CAD.
