Final price adjustment: $25,500.

Carmax offered me $25,000 for the car and I'm selling it to them by this Saturday, 5/31 if the car isn't sold for $25,500.

By the way, I made a typo. Carmax's quote is valid only until 5/30, not 5/31. So if it's not sold by then, it's going to Carmax this Saturday, 5/30.
