yes but i have the extended warranty till 100k miles. very important when you start getting into the high mileage. the rims i have are ~$3500 + $900 for tires, mtech aero kit. it starts to add up quickly.

Hate to sound like an "@$$" but I think the asking price is a bit high. This is not to say that a buyer has every right to expect what they think their car's worth. In the end, the buyers decide what a cars worth.
I have recently been in the market to purchase an E60 since my previous 04 545i was stolen. These cars are going for low to mid 20's now. They have depreciated very heavily in the last yr. I purchased a CPO 04 with 23k miles back in july 07 for $39K and I thought that was a steal. My car was worth around $28k when it was stolen in July of 08. It had 53K miles on it at the time. How can car depreciate 11k in just 1 yr? Unfortunately, that is how the current economy is.
Sorry for ranting but if you are serious about moving your car, you should price it aggresively.
