If you ship it back to him and you end up taking him to court you will need those parts as proof.

Hang on a second - none of you guys have seen the damage and none of you are in a position to know what the "right thing to do" would be. tsilveracs, you were going to post pictures of the damage but I don't think you ever did. Not that I have any reason to doubt you, but there is no reason to disbelieve the other member who sold them to you either. You're getting a lot of sympathy on the board, but perhaps it would be more justified if you could show us why you're so upset here?

Why don't the two of you be standup gentlemen and settle this out of court and not waste tax payer money :thumbsdown: on your ridiculous argument. Be honest, respectable people. Others laugh at us because of our childish ways and the two of you are a testament to that.
By arbitration is say!
Refund the money and send the product back. Buyer pays shipping.
Our world has enough problems. Is is worth the time and money for court costs? Open you eyes and be the bigger person.

ive made SEVERAL attempts to resolve this outside of court even saying i would accept less money, but he will not refund ANYTHING!!!...and as to the comment ofd why i havent posted pics of the damaged goods...theyre completely wrapped in buble wrap and his piece of crap box he sent it in is held together with about 10 inches of tape. I guess i might as well un pack them because this looks like its headed to court.
