Dear fellow members,
Just to give all of you an update, Dennis and I had come to an agreement to settle our dispute. He went through and reimbursed what he said he would. I believe that he has learned his lesson on this forum and I have to say, he has taken one heck of a beating this week. It takes a lot of guts for someone to come out after all of that and admit to his wrong doings and try to fix everything up. All I have to say is that I'm satisfied with the settlement. I just thought I would put in a word and update all of those who are eagerly anticipating to read the results of this thread.

This chump is a liar and a cheat, I don't believe a word he says. Once you lie and steal, that's what you are. He says he moved to the US, just my luck - like we don't already have enough whack jobs here. I can only hope he is lying about this also.

Reimbursement to Bigfoot has been sent and cleared.
Refund to Khooger has also been sent and cleared (I have posted transaction detail here -- http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=44846&st=255) and he shall post vefication shortly after he gets off work as he told me.
