Sound Issue

Hello there...
First of all glad to be part of this forum, since I am new one and this is my first post/question...
I connected my Iphone 4 via bluetooth everything works well, but there is one problem that when I start TuneIn Radio and then starting to listen some Radio the Sound is not comming up in the car surround, what can be the problem? Or I can't listen from that application ? Need own music to upload on the phone? Should i try via iTunes maybe? How can I stream exactly if it's possible? The car is BMW 530d 2004.... Please help
