Default Replacement module

Managed to source a replacement module with the same part number as my own. Happy days - no coding!
Fitted it and hey presto, it works!
I've managed to link my 4s, but there was no 'pair' screen, and the YouTube guide didn't apply to my car - different menu screens, etc?
Facing the usual Apple problem of no phone book transfer, and the 'unknown caller' screen, so I'll need to research those in depth to see if they can be resolved. A bit miffed that although I input the number I wanted onto the idrive, it still didn't recognise it when it called me back? Ah well.
