Default Caller Can Not Hear Me

I have a 2004 545i and have tried two different Bluetooth modules and for some reason, when I pair my iPhone, the caller can't hear me. Otherwise, everything about the Bluetooth works as expected. Key tones are heard on the other end. It can't be the overhead mic, because when I call SOS, I can be heard. Anyone have any advice in this area? Thanks.

Nav/no nav? If you have NCSExpert, post up your TCU and CAPPL or MASK trace file. Curious to see what options are enabled, particularly those related to bluetooth nodes and mic. Your FA (vehicle order) world also be helpful.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. I had bigger problems with the 545i that needed attention, but now I'm back on this issue.

I have NAV.

I am attaching the TRC file for both TCUM and CAAPL. Also, I am attaching an image of the end of the list of the FA. I don't know how to export the list. I also have the NCSDummy export text file if you need that.

Thanks for looking into this.

Got the same issue here but without NAV. I can pair my iPhone 5, make and receive call, access to my phonebook but the callers can't ear me... I tried both microphones options: "USED_MICROPHONES wert_01 (1 microphone) or wert_02 (2 microphones)" but none helped. Have you been able to fix this? Thanks!

Unfortunately, both posters are long gone from this forum.

Maybe someone else will read this and chime in.
