Thanks for this! So in your installation, you completely ignored the RCA jacks? You appear to have a 3.5 mm plug coming out of the board. What is that connected to? Also, what did you do to power the board? Did you use a barrel connection or just solder the wires to the board?

the board i bought had screw-down terminals for the power and ground so the wiring was pretty easy - no soldering required. i just spliced into the cigarette lighter wires and used a short piece of patch cable for the power and ground to make the new connection to the board.
ive had mine for quite a while now and still works great.

Jay,
Preferably in a warm car, pry tool for interior or small flat screw driver, carefully pry side and bottom only it will come out, top has locking tabs so do not pry there with any tools.

Thanks, finally got it out! Got left side released okay, but right side was stubborn! I slid my fingers along the bottom until I could get enough leverage to pop the right side. The metal part of the clip flew out. Hopefully I'll be able to find it and insert it back in.
Thanks for your help!

Great mod so far, but I have mine hooked up to the cigarette lighter power as well, but I don't want to have the key to on for all the modules in the car to be on, just to have music. Do any of you guys know of a good source for positive power that I can tap into just while the radio is on?

Still struggling with this. I found a barrel connector from an old AC adapter and used it to tap into the cigarette lighter wires. Afraid to attempt soldering. The light on the board does not go on. I haven't done the AUX connection yet, but was wondering what name displays for the Sure board as an available Bluetooth device on your phone? (Answer: It's "Sure HiFi".)
