I think it is interesting as well. I am curious where you find your patience to work with this stuff? I <tried> putting a vinyl wrap on my chrome trim. Seemed like a great looking mod and was 20 bucks....what do I have to lose?
MY FREAKIN MIND is what I lost...OMG...this stuff is soooooooo freakin hard to work with. I mean nearly impossible. I did finish it. But I didn't do a very good job. Bubbles here, wrinkles there. I will keep it on for a while...but only until I get the cash to buy the shadowline trim. UGH!!!!! So pissed! Only because I thought for once I could get something at a cheap price....it looked great on the gallery cars  Anyway, you have my respect....that stuff is THE WORST.

One chap in UK covered his whole car which was black to a white one. I am impressed with the stuff. I am sure a lot can be done with it. I would like to cover the stupid eyebrow (chrome part) section with a similar body colour though.

I am looking into having a local company here in Columbus vinyl wrap my whole car in flat black, I love that look and really want to transform my car. May not be for a while but I am looking into it.

More pictures of black roofs that I did over the weekend (don't mind the antenna cover that's not there, it wasn't put back on yet for the pictures):

Here's something a bit different. Matte black roof on a face lifted E90. Turned out fairly well. Not all cars can pull off a matte black roof/look, but this one did it very well.

...Post #67. It's matte black but you get the idea.
