I spoke w/ Manu (one of the owners of DPE) earlier today when I saw this ridiculous pricing. I've already confirmed that Trinity Autosport is NOT an authorized retailer of DPE....Manu even went as far as saying "I don't even know who the hell this guy is......." DPE has NOT approved this pricing, and will NOT honor any of Trinity's orders.

DO NOT GET DUPED BY THIS GUY.

Oh wow............. Calm down now, we can talk this over like gentlemen....

There could be some misunderstanding, and I believe I speak for most of the SoCal people here that Joe (r1racer) owner of Trinity Autosport is well respected and that his business is legit nor would do anyone wrong...

Watch who you talk trash about!

Trinity Autosport would not try to cheat any members out of their money.

I happen to know that they could have gotten the wheels for that price. But now because of Al, none of you can get 29% off, knowing Joe, he is even gonna do better than 29% off for all of you guys just cuz AL is calling him out. I know for a fact, that the wheels that Trinity are selling are legit DPEs.

Everybody say thanks to AL.

P.S. Support IForged!!!

Take it easy everybody. I know and have met both Joe (r1racer) and Al (Sonic). Having said that, I will vouch for Joe and I know many others here will as well. Joe is by no means a scammer. Thanks, Al for looking out for the best interest in everybody. God knows, there has been a lot of swindlers lately on many of the car forums. I suggest the admins delete this unnecessary accusation of an upstanding e60 member and vendor.

no need to delete this thread, Joe.

I am not going to say anymore. What I said is 100% completely TRUE. The only way to prove the 29% off pricing was BOGUS from the start is to go to the source....which I already did.

DPE is more than willing to back me up on this. They are expecting emails and phone calls from E60 members:

Hey Al,

I'm not mad at you. What you said on top is NOT completely true. I will now do 29.99% MSRP off until FRIDAY ONLY. Yes I am not going through DPE directly, but my SOURCE is an approved dealer. What does it matter anyways because DPE is getting business.

By the way...No hard feelings.
