My Ride: 02" Porsche Carrera 911
Been a BMW fan for a long time, had an E60 now have a 528i E39 that im selling, had the itch for a 7 Series, knowing all the issues they have my search took a while till i found one i liked.
Got a PPI done on it at indy mechanic on a clean looking 2004 w 64k miles, all checked out, only issue was the Catalytic Convertor had a hidden fault which they found, & something with the Brake booster line. Thankfully the car still had 20 days of warranty left on it for the Emissions (covered Cats) plus the Brake booster was a recall issue.
The owner took it to BMW and they replaced both Catalytic convertors + changed brake booster lines.
Love the ride, i'm not a huge fan of the wheels...hoping to enjoy it with no issues for a while.

Looks nice! I agree those wheels are very eh. I think a set of Alpina B7 wheels would look awesome! And maybe get some black plasti dip on those grills!

Good thing you caught the cats under warranty or your wallet would have been emptied!
At that year and mileage you should also take a very close look at the cooling system - radiator and reserve tank are problem areas and cracks develop with little warning.
Meanwhile, enjoy your new to you 7'er!
I still miss mine :-(
