My Ride: 2005 645CiC
Default

Hello all,

Thanks for making me feel welcome in this forum, even though I am a proud owner of an E64. I am posting some pictures of it that I took while receiving it yesterday. Unfortunately it was a rainy and miserable day to pick up a convertible

Cheers,

Rob

Congrats! I love the interior colour choice. The 645CiC has a rather nice soundtrack as well - the throaty rumble of that 4.4l

Thank you all for the kind words. M-Trois is right about the soundtrack, the rumble of the exhaust is amazing, especially with the top down. The best is when you downshift with SMG, the exhaust rumbles to coincide with each shift.

The car drives beautifully, and so far i find SMG to be very easy to drive. Although it is VERY hard to keep this baby under 4,500 RPMs for the break in period.

P.S. the car caused such a stir when it arrived at the dealer yesterday that 3 people were clamoring to buy it only to be told it was sold

No kidding! Throw that bum out! You don't know what a day it was to get the car. Because of all the rain and the ensuing traffic, it took me 2 hours to get to the dealership (usual ride is 30 min). I was so exhausted and relieved when i got it

A very beautiful car. I just can not get used to the back of those sixers. I love the front and the interior..but can not get the back to grow on me.

Enjoy it..i am sure she rides as sweet as she looks
