It appears there has been changes to how new posts are presented. There was no advanced notice from the techs of the change as it is an upgrade for us but a significant change.

They have switched from using cookies to track posts and forums read to the database. By using the database to track what you have read the system will now be able to keep track our activity over any device you use to access the site with or any computer with the same username. Cookies would only do that in a particular browser. A negative is that we may need use the site a few days for the thing to reset and you may also prefer to mark everything on the site as read in order to reset it. I'll have more details later.
