BMW and Mini Team Up to Break a Ridiculous World Record
In the weird arena of “world records,” if you can dream it up, you can probably set a new world record for it. Whether or not the record actually matters is a whole other story. However, such achievements usually offer hilarious footage. The following clip is just plain awesome.
It’s a video of two guys breaking the Guinness World Record for “Most donuts around a car driving on two wheels in one minute.” I can’t really preface the video any more than that.
As you can see, the duo used a new Mini Cooper and an M4, which isn’t a bad pairing. The M4 has torque for days and the Mini handles quite well. The guys managed to simultaneously perform a full 10 donuts before the 60 seconds were up and get their names in the history books.
Now who’s going to lend us a Viper and a Fiesta ST so we can try to break the record?
